- Reservations
- If reservation is done more than 15 days prior of your arrival:
- 50% at reservation, 50% fifteen days prior to your arrival.
- Credit card payment (not affiliated to Amex) is subject to a 5% charge.
- If your reservation is done within 14 days of your arrival: We would need 100% of your rental fee.
- If the reservations is done for Holidays like Xmas or Easter, we need your total payment within 45 days of your arrival.
- Your corresponding safety deposit will be due upon check-in by means of an open credit card voucher (not affiliated to Amex).
- Refunds
- In the event you must cancel your reservation, a full fund will be made if cancellation notice is at least 60 days prior to the first day of the rental term; a US 100.- administrative charge will apply.
- If cancellation notice is less than 60 days prior to the first day of the rental term, Villas Xichu will immediately make the unit available for re-rental and we will gladly reimburse you for any time that Villa Xichu is able to re-rent.
- Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

- We welcome OUTDOOR smoking ONLY.
- No indoor smoking is allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- We love well-behaved kids, who respect the peace of other fellow-guests.
- We have a watchman from 5pm to 5am.
- Feel pampered with our maid service from Monday to Sundays.
- If you would like to have a cook, this could be arranged at a very reasonable extra cost.
